Thanks to a fifth-generation local family, the most unique and beautiful winery and tasting room has been built. Welcome to Eagle Castle! The founders and their investors have managed to not only build an exceptional award-winning castle, but the wines have won over 65 medals as well. Step into the era of the renaissance just two miles off of Highway 101 on 46 West.

This giant castle looks formidable, but once you step across the moat, you’re welcomed like family. Enter a magical world where the legend of Camelot and the taste of luscious wine create a truly memorable experience.

Most days founders Gary and Mary Lou Stemper are milling about, sharing stories and giving tours of this large facility that includes a banquet room and multiple terraces for corporate meetings, weddings, and parties. Tickets to concerts, movie night, and feasts sell out fast due to Eagle Castle’s reputation for fun original events.

The tasting room offers unique gifts and a caring staff to pour our extensive wine list for our guests’ pleasure. Wines such as our Majestic Muscat Canelli (a refreshing and light twist on a traditionally sweet wine) or our Syrah Rosé (a dry and crisp wine with a vibrant erubescence) will satisfy the palate on a warm summer’s day. Try our spectacular award-winning Chardonnay or our very popular Viognier—both barrel fermented, crisp, and refreshing. If reds are more your pleasure, we pour our smooth Merlot, spicy Syrah, and our extremely popular Royal Red blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. These wines, as well as others, benefit from being estate-grown and produced in our gravity flow winery, located on site.
